Just wondering if anybody could let me know if a segment on the Whitby Goth Weekend has already been played? Paul O'Grady had cameras there, an caught a couple of my friends for an interview, but I'm worried that it's already been on TV and I've missed it. Perhaps somebody whose a more regular viewer than I am can help put my mind at ease?

Thanks,

Aies.

I don't recall seeing anything including Whitby Goth Weekend.
I live about an hour away from Whitby, do you live in Whitby?

It's a nice place isn't it? You can't beat having a few chips by the cold seafront at Whitby Smile

I remember Whitby very fondly Kim, one of the best places for fish & chips. The portions of fish were huge! So fresh, it was quite a few years ago now since I was last there.

Lovely place Yorkshire, I remember the Shambles in York too, very quaint.

I love Whitby, I agree about the fish & chips being so nice there, it's delicious. I'm looking forward to seeing this VT of Whitby Goth Weekend, should be good. Smile

Hi Kim,

Don't live in Whitby, just visited it for five days. Smile Hope to go back later in the year though!

The Fish and Chips are indeed, very huge there. We had two lots while we were up there... And I think the only person who managed to finish a full portion had to eat them cold the next day. x.x Still, they were very nice, and it's a great little place. Love the Abby and the seafront.

That must of been a lovely trip for you to go to Whitby. It is so lovely. Your right about the portions of chips though, I can never finish them either!

Yeah, I throughly enjoyed myself there. Nice town, stayed with some extremely lovely people (two of whom you may see in the VT! If it *ever* appears!) and seeing all the many different shades of goth wandering around was quite surreal. Especially considering how nice most of them were. Smile

Hello!
(this is my first time on here too!!)
I've been glued to the show very evening since Whitby & it's not been on yet! There was a clip saying coming soon- Doris gets made a Goth but that was Monday 12th May!
I can't wait to see it. I made the headdress Doris is wearing- she bought it off my stall in the Bizarre Bazaar in Whitby! Also I was interviewed & so were many of my friends!
I thoroughly recommend Whitby to everyone- it is a beautiful place to visit!
