Noone would slag you off because of your past experiences. None of it is your fault. You should be so proud of your past, there are just a lot of bullies in the world, no matter where you go.
And as for the appetite thing, I seem to feel hungry a lot but all that I want to eat is stuff like toast or sandwhiches or yoghurts. Just small things. I think it's because when I'm anxious my throat tightens up and it makes it hard to swallow. When I want to eat something like a chocolate bar, I can only have it in small parts at a time because I begin to feel sick. My mum and dad know that I am eating enough, as I am always in the kitchen looking for food, but I still worry a lot about it.
When my boyfriend made me tea, he told me and I told him I didn't feel like eating it because of my anxiety, and I thought that I had let him down and cried.
It was horrible.

But the thing is my boyfriends mum is one of these people who diets a lot and.. on a night she makes herself throw up. He worries about her and thinks that she might have an eating problem and he worried when I didn't want to eat tea, that it could happen to me too.
It's so frustrating because to be honest I have always loved my food and I have always ate a lot and never been bothered by that, but lately I just don't feel like eating any proper meals. Even yesterday, for dinner mum came in with some chips from the chip shop and I forced down most of it but my throat was absolutely killing me afterwards and I felt terrible when I never finished it all. I just keep telling myself 'as long as I am eating I'll be okay' but every now and again I get scared again.
I know how you feel. When I told my parents that I don't see much of a point in living, they were devastated and I felt like I'd let them down. Sometimes I just think 'is there really any point going through all of this when I'm just going to die and none of it is going to matter?' and I feel so daft about it. I haven't had any suicidal thoughts but there have been times when I've been thinking 'I wish that this would hurry up and be over' because I get so fed up of life.
You should be so proud of the fact that you have came through this. It's so difficult.

I hope that I can become real friends with them one day, because at the moment I don't know everyone very well and I must just seem like a whinger with lots of problems.
Thank you for telling me that you don't think I'll end up like my boyfriends mum. That's been causing a lot of my anxiety because I'm afraid of those type of illnesses. I used to watch Hollyoaks but then when Hannah got an eating problem, it scared me and I've never watched it since! (I must sound like a big baby).

Hello Love I have seen councilers and believe me you will be fine, you will sit down and they will want you to feel comfortable and won't ask anything you are not able to talk about, they are so gentle with you that you will feel like you are talking with a friend and as time goes on you will be able to be really open and they will show you how to deal with aspects that hurt you and they are so sensitive you your needs so don't worry we are all with you in spirit and believe me when you hae others thinking of you and encouraging you it will make all the difference your friend will be able to wait for you I will long to see how you go and my heart goes with you love,

When I got bullied at school, i refused to leave the school and let those bullies win. It was hard, but I was determined not to let the bullies win. Funnily enough when we all left school, we became best mates. You have to stand up for bullies nowadays and not be cowards, or they end up doing it all the more.

Wow, I didn't expect you to have been bullied Ems. That's really brave of you to make sure that they didn't win. It is strange though that yous all became friends after school however
I suppose you are right about bullies. They don' ever really stop.
