ITS GREAT TO KNOW HOW MANY PET LOVERS ARE OUT THERE..
as a childminder i strongly beleive having pets is a fab start to life.it gives kids a sense of responsibility,and caring..the kids i have love the pets as many of them dont have animals at home..its great to watch a child that comes into the house having previously been scared of dogs change after being taught the proper way to act and look after them..very rewarding..
it also sometimes acts as a hinderance, cos some people hate pets and see them as a health and safety hazzard..
i was brought up as a child to care for; and respect all types of animals and i am so pleased to of developed the love for them that i have now..
i hate cruelty of any sort..both to humans and pets,and can never watch those types of progs were things have been badly treated..it upsets me too much..
i have had my rant now..

animals rule..AS WELL AS PAUL OF COURSE..

by the way i believe poodles are also in the breed of dogs that are safe for people with allergies..but dont quote that..u wud have to check..

Gosh, you have some very exotic pets!
I only have a 16 year old cat called Candy, she is black with white paws,My other cat that died was called Bart (Simson) (Candy is very friendly, and very noisy, people remark on how much she miows and how loud!

ahh bless. i love pets, ive had pets all my life, i used to have all at once, a dog, a cat, 2 guniea pigs, a rabbit, a horse, and 2 rats, but eventually they all died, i sold my horse bcause i had too much schoolwork for my gcse's and i still have my cat. In september i got 2 black minature schnauzer puppies called murphy and maisy, there 9 months old now, weve just taught them both to do paw, its soo cute. !!!!

i am really enjoying reading what a wide range of animals we have got between us..everything from horse to hamsters.lizards and hawks..
wonderful..they keep us all busy dont they..
what type of dogs have u got rebecca..
and your miniature schnauzers sound so cute charlotte..its great when u teach them tricks and they get the hang of it..

a heinz 57 variety black and tan medium sized mongrel and a dalmatian.hense my name..
