Assuming there is no potential for a flush on the table, the nuts would be the 9,10,jack from the community cards and a queen king as hole cards, to give you a King high straight. After that anyone with a queen would win with a queen high straight. If no one has any of those its a split pot as you are trying to make the best 5 card hand possible.
