Minor correction to the above. Often When a wild card is used, '5 of a kind' comes between a Royal Flush which includes the wild card and a 'natural' Royal Flush which remains the best hand. 5 of a kind is the best hand only if no distinction is made between the 2 types of Royal Flush (which is fairest, in my opinion, because after all a Royal Flush is only the highest possible straight flush).
