Yay to all the Neighbours fans. I get so disappointed with the lack of response in the Soap forum. Neighbours is FAB . I've been watching since the beginning. 20th anniversary this year - the Beeb are doing a documentary about it. I cant wait. I have the last one, which I think was either 10 or 15 years.
So lets knock the sunset beach thread off the board with a MUCH better soap.
Ooh, looks like Mikey has to go and sit in the corner!
I started watching Neighbours at the end of the Willis era and the start of the Kennedy one - so since the Kennedy's have been in really. Now there's only two Kennedy's left - but Karl's with that Izzy!

Neighbours really used to be a big pile of poo - but I admit it, I was addicted!
Don't get a chance to watch it anymore, and whenever I'm off sick and tune in, there's all these new characters. The script writers have even branched out and introduced gay people to Erinsborough - something I thought they would never do.
Any people you think they should bring back? They could even be dead already (just look at Harold!)
I think I would have to get them to bring back...
Todd Landers and his girlfriend (was it Phoebe?) I vaguely remember them.
or Joe Mangle!
or, Jim Robinson could resume his old life in Neighbours, now that his current one in as Caleb in The OC seems to be going a little pear-shaped...
Neighbours is the best, I've watched since back in the day with Charlene and Scott which must be pretty much since the beginning. The suspense on a friday when you knew you would have to wait till monday to find out what would happen. Did anyone else have the Neighbours board game? Or collect Neighbours stickers?
Think it went through a bit of a duff patch in the mid nineties but is back on top form again. Bring back Bouncer!
Aww, all you lot are too young... I used to love it when it was the Ramsays and Robinsons. My first real crush was Jason Donovan. I'd not want him back though, he looks too different now (ie old! ).
Joe would be cool - they could even bring him back to see Sky.
They are bringing back a few ppl for the anniversary. HUGE storylines coming up over the next few months.

Jason Donovan does look too old now, doesn't he. And too skinny. Get some meat on him, and maybe he'd look a bit healthier.
Are you gonna spill the beans about these hugh storylines??? I wanna know more!!!
Got 16/20, quite pleased considering haven't seen it for years! Remember Des and Daphne, I was so pleased when Jamie turned up last year, wish he had stayed.
Was Des not living in a mental hospital or something? Charlene and Scott should definetly have come back for Madge's funeral, it was my saddest Neighbours moment. Am looking forward to seeing Paul back soon though, a blast from the past. I saw him once walking down Buchanan Street in Glasgow, how exciting!

Honey, I bought the dvd! Neighbours - Defining Moments. Births, marriages and deaths - you can watch Daphne, Madge, Helen and Jim die over and over again!! The weddings are the best ones - Scott and Charlene, Madge and Harold, Des and Daphne.
I got 17 out of 20 on your quiz!! I think that's pretty good!! I now have the wedding song playing in my head...

Susan: My car's in the shop, I drop Susie off at my parents, meet up with you to go tequila shopping and all of a sudden we're having a torrid affair. Mark: Who said it was torrid? Susan: No-one, I'm just assuming it would be...that's not what I meant. Mark: That's ok, I know what you meant. I'm sure it would be too. And why wouldn't it be?
Ooooh, 10 out of 10 for the first one! 7 out of 10 for the second! Keep going, they're entertaining me!!

Ah wow!! thank you soo much Skip! I can't remember when I started watching but I don't remember ever not watching! I think it's soo cool that it's lasted for soo long! I remember when I was little I used to watch Neighbours then switch over to Home and Away. I have the wedding on tape too, I 'borrowed' it from my granny!
I was soo sad when Libby left the other day! She has always been my favourite character!! What am I going to do without her??!!
(Bizzare! as I was typing this Natalie Imbruglia came on the radio!!)
Spreading the Carby Love
I spend 23 hours a day wondering whether we’re wrong for each other, wondering whether the baggage we both bring would be enough to sink a small ship...But in the 24th hour, I realise I’ve been thinking about her for 23 hours and it always comes back to, there's something about her that I can’t stay away from. Something about her, that makes me wanna…love her.
