does this means he's left seeing as he went home with his parents?

It's stupid, I <3 Ray!! Soo I'm guessing that means there won't be much of a relationshop between him and Neela which would be annoying cos they'de make such a good couple!

TV.com says the last episode of season 13 is his last appearence

so he doesn't even get to be in season 14

I know, this whole storyline has really shocked me. Ray's my favourite

But i think he will be in season 14 because on www.nbc.com/ER/ he's done an interview about season 13's last episode and he says something like, "the fans, you need to watch next year to see what happens to Ray".

I hope he stays next season anyway

A message from across the pond. Don't worry about Shane West (aka Ray) he has "left" to do a new show about law students on a channel that is not notorious for having any lasting power. Soooo..long story short he should be back in full force because he was smart enough to not quit his day job.

However there is a chance he may come back in season 14 for some episodes as a guest star so fingers crossed ray fans

I hope he appears in season 14. Even if it's just for some kinda closure on the whole Neela thing.

After waiting 2 season for them to finally get somewhere, i can't believe what happened

Its so sad, Neela has finally had the courage to dump gates to be with ray and he gets by a truck

I'm pretty sure he doesn't die. He has his leg amputated and appears in a few episodes next season but then leaves. I <3 Ray and I hope something happens with him and Neela because I've been waiting so long for it!! She wasted her time with Gates who's a complete idiot!

We know he doesn't die, but before anyone gets their hopes up SW doesn't feature on the cast list for S14 in nbc's press pack (unlike Goran). He might appear of course but at the moment there is nothing from either nbc or from SW which could be described as a comittment.
