Just this second finished watching it, and yes M, very good. Nicely close to the book, even down to the dialogue at times. "Have at thee!"

I'll never understand why the kids choose to go home though. Surely to stay with Peter would be a much greater adventure?

I think the older james bond films are better, not too keen on the newer ones!!
Rodger moore and timothy dalton were some of the best JB's IMO...

does ne1 actually think that mission impossible 2 was a good film? i thought it was awful, esp in comparison to the 1st one that was really good....

Connery Bonds are rubbish. He comes across as a bit of a yob, though the first couple are okay. I find the bad guys too thinly drawn, though, and the complete lack of decent female characters becomes annoying after a while. Moore was just annoying. Dalton was very good, and at least by then the women were getting to do something worthwhile too. Brosnan's Bond is terrific though. Plus we get some of the best stuntmen in the business, a Moneypenny with bite, great bad guys, and Pierce being stunt doubled by Wayne Michaels, who it's always nice to see. The whole franchise is daft as a brush, but it knows it is. You only need to watch the pre-credit sequence of GoldenEye to see that.

Mission Impossible is bad though. I and II. Stick to the original TV series!

Well would you flipping well believe it! My friend is getting married in around three weeks time and next week, as required before all weddings, we are going out for her hen night and her chuffing chief bridesmaid has arranged for us to be Bond Girls for the night!!!!!!! And I've been given Solitaire from Live and Let Die! As if I know who she is, cos yeah, I watch Bond movies cos I love them so much, NOT!!! And I am sure as hell not sitting through the wretched film just to see who I am supposed to be.

Thankfully I don't have to wear a bikini round York next week and I will let her off a little bit seen as how I only have to wear all black with a badge with our Bond Girl names on and the slogan MISSION - PI55 UP

Any way back to the topic... Ice Age Is wicked and so Shrek, roll on Shrek 2 release date!

Lost Boys is a fantastic film and I forgot all about that...how could I? Oh and I love Youngblood, a film about Ice Hockey with Rob Lowe before the downfall in his personal life.

My sister once sabotaged my computer so that it played that song, in full, every time I turned it off. Took me ages to get the damn thing back to normal. It developed a life of its own.

Not a bad film though. Sequels were terrible, but then they so often are. Well cool puppets. There's talk of a remake; bad cartoons once again, no doubt. Somebody really ought to tell the CGI people that their FX are fooling nobody...

The only Bond film I've watched is the one where Bond is sking at the end of the film! (Is only my brother was here, he would know which one it was! ) Thinks it was either Licence to Kill or Live and Let Die.

I'm watching Shrek tonight actually, only because I was talking about Shrek the sheep at work today! Poor thing!
