Susan: My car's in the shop, I drop Susie off at my parents, meet up with you to go tequila shopping and all of a sudden we're having a torrid affair.
Mark: Who said it was torrid?
Susan: No-one, I'm just assuming it would be...that's not what I meant.
Mark: That's ok, I know what you meant. I'm sure it would be too. And why wouldn't it be?

Dawson: And the triangle becomes a square.
Pacey: Well put.

Joey: I am all out of conflict. I have been for years.
Jen: Well, if you ever want to be reminded of it, you can just watch Dawson's show. What about that girl that they cast as me? I've often thought about getting a lawyer and suing his ass.

Labyrinth was okay, but Bowie was a bit wooden in it. At least in Merry Christmas Mr Lawrence he really does act. And bloody well, too!

Lol, awww, give him a break, he was acting opposite a bunch of Muppets and Jennifer Connelly's *ahem* 'assets', he didn't stand much of a chance of looking good really. Razz

Die Another Day's main fault was in the gimmicky direction. It was too flash, and more like a pop video than a movie. The plot was okay. The World Is Not Enough was a tough act to follow though. Bad guys with actual real motivation! A proper plot! Smile

Tomorrow Never Dies wins it for me though. Stamper is the coolest Bond henchman ever; and that car! Smile Sigh. Plus Wai Lin, the best Bond girl there's ever been.

Yes. Not a cast that inspires much faith in the quality of the film, is it?! Smile Good idea behind the film, but as usual it turns into general Hollywood nonsense. Plus the characters are too unlikeable.

Good film tonight though. Station Jim! It was on a couple of Christmasses ago, and it's got little Thomas Sangster in it. Now there's an actor worth watching. Smile

Who do you think will be the next james bond??

i think it should be christian bale ( Patrick Bates in American psycho and Walter wade in Shaft 2000 both brilliant films) he's a really good actor.....

Rupert everett would be good 2 but more comedic.........

Will? Don't know. Should? Probably an unknown. All the possibilities suggested so far, officially and otherwise, are wrong in some respect. Christian Bale would be very good, but he's way too young. Clive Owen is a fine actor, but he's wrong for the part, ditto Hugh Jackman. Colin Farrell is a bit wooden, IMHO. Alexis Denisof would be very good, but again, too young. Sean Connery was a virtual unknown, and he did okay (although personally I don't like his Bond films). They should try that gamble again.

Collin farrell - i actually think he's an ok actor but he's not got that kind of sophistication to be a bond boy - altho i reckon they'll choose him b/c he's so popular at the mo - but christian bale is the best guy IMO........

u no ur gonna laugh when i say this but i think ben from sunset beach would be good at it (if u know who im talking about) tall, dark, handsome, smooth&bit mysteious and he's british!!!

The "Clive Robertson For Bond" campaign has never abated; and of course since his sci-fi series "Starhunter 2300" has just been axed, he is available again! I don't know if he could do it to be honest, though - although he came very close to getting Professor Snape. Having only really seen him in daft roles, I don't know what his range is. You're right about Christian Bale being a good idea, but he really is way too young. Bond ideally has to be about forty plus, because otherwise he couldn't have those skills, that experience, and that level of respect. It just doesn't work with a younger man. Colin Farrell would be appalling, but supposedly they are talking seriously about him now. Going with someone just because they're flavour of the month is a very bad idea, but Bond isn't in the same hands it used to be, so who knows.

Christain Bale - while a great choice can't be both Batman AND James Bond!

I heard that Pierce wants Hugh Jackman to be the next Bond - personally, I think Jude Law will get it.

Colin Farrell - bad idea. He's as sophisticated as a drunken snog in a smokey bar.

Preliminary filming had begun on Batman last I heard. I think the film is slated for release next year, so they probably have begun filming now, yes.

Jude Law is even more wooden than Russell Crowe. He'd be a lousy Bond.

Leo is just annoying. When he was a kid he was such a good actor - then he did Titanic and turned into a pointless sex symbol, and wet in more ways than one! Russell Crowe just looks like he acts - like a chunk of wood! Smile

Sometimes you can see where the attraction is. Sometimes it's impossible to see what causes the fawning. Same with the women. Why is Julia Roberts considered to be so perfect? Quirkiness and personality are usually better draws anyway, once you get past the hormone led teenie stage!
