I watched the pilot episode last night from the Season 1 DVD's. I think that Frank (the receptionist) was in it as the cop that was shot in the leg. Frank the receptionist used to be a cop didn't he so is it really the same person or was I imagining things. By the way he wasnt called Frank in the pilot, I cant remember what he was called though- it was something like Jonathon I think.

Hi, Yeah, Frank was in the Pilot!!! He then became a receptionist or clerk!!! I think that it is the same character with a different name!!! What a funny guy!!!     |

IIRC he was 'Officer Martin' (it was Martin, wasn't it?) in the pilot, which gives the surname but leaves the first name open to be anything.

I have a medical-related question - my flatmate's boyfriend is studying for his exams at the moment and he's taking folic acid because he's heard it's supposed to be good for your memory. I can't stop laughing about this, because the only reason I know that anyone would take folic acid is when women are trying to get pregnant/are pregnant!! Can anyone confirm/ridicule this idea, please?!

Folic acid has the following health benefits: Helps protect the chromosomes against genetic damage Can prevent atherosclerosis caused by excess homocysteine Has been shown in high doses to lower the risk of cardiovascular disease Is needed for the utilization of sugar and amino acids May prevent some forms of cancer Promotes healthier skin Helps protect against intestinal parasites and food poisoning Personally, I would go for ginko biloba or korean ginseng, both of which are meant to improve concentration and memory! |
