Well done Julia on passing your test! Theres nothing wrong with passing second time, I did and I am a fantastic driver! Any way people who pass their test on their second+ attempt are better drivers if you ask me

I echo that. I passed second time and am quite a good driver (I do say so myself ) So 'well done' to you and get out there - it gets better and easier every time. Like a lot of things really....(have I said too much?!)

Oooh cake! We've finally managed to polish off the last of our Christmas chocolates and sweeties so trying to be good now but it's difficult!! Meh. (Sigh...the wedding was such a good weight-loss motivator...it's all downhill from here girls!)
Loves It's *properly* cold. Means I can wear my lovely hat, scarf and mittens, hee Shilpa in the make Big Brother laugh task last night- pure gold! OC tonight
Loathes Having to do a whole load of organising for a thing next week which includes phoning people. *shudder*
-Having to get up when it's dark outside. It's just wrong! -I have an interview with my Head of Year at 3.15pm. But i gave her cake so she has to be nice to me. -'work' started yesterday. It's not really work. It's just getting paid to coach kids once a week. It wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't so cold. I can't write when my hands are frozen! I'd rather be at home with normal temperature hands than be outside for two hours and have a cheque.

-2 minutes into my Sociology lesson, my teacher said we can go. I don't know why. That's 3 weeks in a row! I'm liking it. It gave me a 3 hour gap between lessons so i got to come home and go on the intertet..while it's actually working! It only seems to work when i'm not home. That should be a loathe.. -My mum got stuck in court yesterday [no, she's not being prosecuted] so i had to make my own way home..in a record 13 minutes! That's half the usual time.

You people and your "you are a better driver when you pass 2nd time" are a bunch of liars! I passed first time and "I am an excellent driver" (name the film)
The secret is, to learn to drive for a VERY long time before actually sitting the test as you grudge the idea of paying more than once to sit it!

Yeah, I can drive kinda but I haven't bothered to sit my test because I don't want to fail and have to pay for it again, I'd rather wait til I'm more sure that I'll pass. Plus, I live in Edinburgh, you can walk somewhere quicker than you can drive there!
