Kovac and Clemente vie for the same job - increasing the obvious tension between them. Meanwhile, Sam convinces a patient's mother to get her son the medical attention he desperately needs. Morris shocks everyone when he stands up to Weaver during a medical procedure.

Woooooooooo for the Luby lovin'. That episode rocked, I wanna watch it again now!

I enjoyed that one, but I can't really believe morris is more in tune with medical treatments than weaver though!

^ that storyline was annoying me, i was thinking are they trying to make us believe morris is better then weaver? cos you know, as if. but then i realised it was just their way of saying kerry was a bit rusty.

that aside, loved this ep. drunk weaver was brilliant. and i loved the bit where abby hugged neela, just love love loving abby more than ever.

and aaw galleeeeeela. it was very sweet. neela rocked as usual.

and oh dear lord the luby love. my dad was watching it too and it made me blush a little! maura is the luckiest woman in the entire world. clever ending with luka saying 'i do' nice.

i thought the hiv storyline was really good too, that woman was an idiot.

It really was a good episode last night. Pretty much all character based rather than case based. I do think there may be trouble ahead for Neela and Gallant though.

I was totally with Clemente when he had a go at the woman. Her daughter looked mortified in the corner... she obviously understoon quite a bit of what was going on. The mother really is crazy!

Oh and I said it in the couples thread, but I'll repeat it here. I'm becoming a luby supporter! I soooo wanted them to get together by the end of the episode.

It really was.

At least they didn't drag it out for five or six episodes which I thought they might. Both Abby and Luka seemed to have lightened up a lot from previous series'. They seem natural together. Not so convinced with Neela and Gallant somehow.

I'm not happy about Neela and Gallant getting hitched.. I think it was too rushed.

For once Morris did not make a toltal pr*tt of himself.. which was good.. I hope we see more of Weaver now that she has confessed that she is a bit rusty.

I really hope that Clemente satys on at ER... I quite like his character and I loved the scene where he had a go at the woman for for denying her kid of treatment!!!!

I really like Clemente too! He's added something that ER's been missing for a while, I dont know what. Maybe its just new blood, and new friction.

Morris was pretty good last night. It seems that while we've not been looking, he's actually got better!

I know I guess they will have alot of storylines with them getting hitched like that and maybe Neela's parents will have a scene or two????????

And Sam back up to her old standards of being wonderful and very good at what she does.

Morris' success was long-awaited, to be fair, but Weaver probably would still know what was going on.

Loved Morris and Weaver. Especially when Weaver is drunk explaining all her problems. "MORRIS!" when he started to fall asleep. Also classic! We need more drunk Weaver.

The Luka and Abby bit was predictable (probably because I read spoilers and saw pictures sssshhhhhhhh) But I have to say the last scene was very erm naked.

I did think the wedding part did seem to be rushed but im glad it happened. I just hope that tptb dont put their devil horns on and do something to them.

Hmmmm cant actually think of anything else. Overall good episode

Hmmm those necessaries would be certain male appendiges, and anything else to ensure a damn lot of fun!!

Neela & Gallant were cute, but what the hell?! I can totally see the reasons that Michael espcially, wanted to get married, but the whole thing will end in tears imo! Their faces,(especially Neela's) at the end smacked of "erm what have we just done?" Abby was right, when she says they don't even know each other that well. All that aside, I enjoyed the wedding. Haleh stealing the flowers from that funeral Abby & Neela's friendship is just great, love it! I also liked Abby putting Clemente & Luka in their places ("While the two of you were busy jerking eachother off...") Loved drunk Weaver & Morris It was a bit weird seeing Morris out-do Kerry in the medical stakes! I hope this means we get to see more of Kerry. The Luby scenes at the end (while predicatble) were great!

I forgot to add, thought the scene between Luka & Clemente, when Clemente was totally sleazing over that temp Maureen was funny
