God I miss the 80s, lol.

I soooooo had fluorescent-neon clothing...neon-yellow socks, neon-pink/green shoe laces, neon-everything tops...

I had an Alf lunchbox.

I owned Pixie boots.

I play Pac-Man still, on my new-fangled plug-in box that has 4 other games too.

Almost everything on that list is familiar (except a few things I may have missed out on to begin with, being born in 1981 my awareness didn't kick in for a while...).

It all seems so horrendous now, but at the time it was so good, lol.

Hannah! I had a huge collection of My Little Pony videos! They rocked! I also had a My Little Pony! We may still have it somewhere...

I was born in '84 and consider myself a '90s child. I don't remember much about the '80s - and what I do remember music and film wise is from listening and watching in my teens/twenties.

I am a Thatcher child though - all 80s babies are. I'm unsure about whether that is a good thing or not!

Does anyone remember those shoe laces that looked like phone cords, all curly? And leggings with those stirup things that went under your feet - and Postman Pat before they re-vamped him. Aww...I miss the '90s.

Woah, that's kind of scary that you guys were born in the 90s No offense...I just feel like it was hardly any time ago. Meh.

I think I still have one! I remember when there was a huge craze for them at school, and I gave someone money to buy one for me cos they knew a shop that sold them!

at uni we used to answer the phone with 'watford crematorium. you kill em, we grill em.' oh how it made us laugh! or occasionally we would pretend to be the switchboard. that caused much confusion for the poor person ringing, but much fun for us!
