(New Episode, 4 Star)
aww.. bless abby ..i loved her n morris in this episode when he was like your so pregnant but it felt so wronf luka and sam being as they are... iwant them to be together again there so cute together
.................................................................................... Carter: did the gang go out again last night? Abby: its not a gang it’s a club Carter: not another stage diving incident I hope Abby: first rule of girls club is you don’t talk about girls club Carter: you’re not going to tell me what you did? Abby: The usual, prank calls, pillow fights, lesbian experimentation
i like abby when she's feisty. i loved this ep. morris was so funny, i love him now. was good to see weaver. don't like new alex still. ray was sweet with that homeless man.
and oh dear clemente. thought that john letssqueezemyarmy or whatever his name is, did some amazing acting. i so knew the ex was gonna walk back in and shoot her though. ER can be so predictable sometimes. loving neela and dubenkos relationship. dubeeeela!!
i was even quite pleased to see carter. for about a second. then i wanted to beat him round the head with some sticks.

Do you know what happened to the boy who suddenly got everything he ever dreamed of? He lived happily ever after.
I felt bad for clemente in this episode, because nobody believes he didn't shoot Jodie. Ok, so what Jodie said in her slight conciousness would understandably cause some questions, but you would think they would give him the benefit of the doubt.
And i'm really getting to like the character Ray. I mean i liked him last season too, but i like him even more this season. I think Shane West is really starting to come into his own now.
"Out of my mind, ...be back in five minutes. "
"People have the right to be stupid, but some abuse that privilege."
Hehe, Jeff mentioned a dubeeela pairing too last night...
It really was a better episode. It will be interesting to see what the results are for Clemente. I do hope we will see them dealing with it, rather than just have a new attending show up with a brief 'oh yeah, the last guy got fired'.
Albright is fabulous! I hope she sticks around.
Very cute luby scenes. Although I was waiting for that picture of them cuddling in their white coats to come up. I've seen it everyday as Clare's avatar in Jemland.
Ollie, you have to have a little sympathy for Sam. Yeah it was her fault, but maybe she's not sad about the baby as such. Its probably more that she realises just how serious they are. And that Abby's given him so much more than she ever would. But I'm sure she'll put a smile on and be 'happy' for them.
Ray had a storyline? (yes I know, the blues guy) I think the writers havent quite decided what they'll do with him next. I found him to be very plank of wood like last night.
Shame that everybody already knows that Luka and Abby are an item, it would have been nice to have seen some reactions. I loved the conversation between Abby and Morris.... You are totally pregnant ! I think it is funny how Morris found out and it made a nice contrast with the scene where Luka tells Sam about the pregnancy.
I haven't made up my mind about the way Sam took the baby news. When Luka told her in the medicine lockup I thought by her reaction that it was a shock for her that things have moved so fast. That is not saying that she regrets having broken up with Luka but when you see the scene where she walked down the corridor with Alex she seemed a bit teary ? Or was that my imagination ?
Nice reaction to the news that the baby is healthy. The way he pulled her close while she was on the phone, that was very sweet.
The charity dinner thing was funny too. I'm having dinner with with a guy ( Pratt ). Is he cute ? ( Ray )
I enjoyed this episode, it was good. Not really looking forward to next week though. Darfur.... I didn't think the Africa episodes in past series were all that great. They were ok but now I have this feeling been there done that... not again please.
Also I know that in the US some episodes have weeks in between them so it may make perfect sense to viewers in the US but I find the timeline in this series a bit confusing.... If Abby is due in July then she was abt. 2 months pregnant when she told Luka in Christmas Eve.. So she must have conceived end October early November... Should she then not have known that her period was late by Neela's wedding ... ( I do... ? ) If my sums are right then this baby was conceived in the night before the Panteees morning / afternoon.
Totally loved this episode. John Leguizamo was great. I feel sorry for Clemente that nobody belives that he didn't shoot Jodie. But, he needs to obviously clean up his act (the cocaine use) I like Clemente & Jodie together, but she is such a bad influence for him! Albright is a BITCH! The running bitchfight between her and Morris was great, as was the bit with her and Abby. Though she was really horrible to Neela (jealousy!) There were some awesome one liners in this episode; The "Was he cute" from Ray was a good one, and "Let Weaver talk to her bitch to bitch" from Frank I think made me laugh Glad all was right with the Luby baby They were so cute when they found out the news. I couldn't help smirking a little re Sam's reaction when Luka told her the news about the baby.
Meh, I forgot to mention the Carter bit at the end. I'm afraid 'Darfur' doesn't excite me at all. Like the above post says, the whole Africa thing has already been and gone. Carter is gone, so it should just stay that way imo.

Indeed. I didn't like the way Luka was like "You shot her" straightaway. They shouldn't of been so quick to point the finger at Clemente.
even though he was only on screen for a moment and said nothing! woohooo CARTER!!!!! lol
abby was so funny in this ep. and go morris for once, he actually is good when given the chance. not much ray though or neela but i'm not complaining about that! omg clemente the drugy! but he is so obviously in love with jodie its sweet i hope he does ok!
Before I actually read Clemente's name properly I always say Clementine...
Anyway, this was a massive improvement on last weeks episode.
Loved the Luby scenes. And I am certainly loving Abby at the moment. She is just hilarious when she is moody and feisty.
Morris is beginning to grow on me. The bitchiness with Albright is great. Don't know who the funniest out of the two.
Its good to see Kerry more often.
I can't really say if Pratt annoys me or not, I liked todays storyline with the auction.
And I can safely say I did not get excited at the sight of Carter! And he certainly does not suit his hair like that. And he still reminds me of James Blunt and I can't stand him either!
Luv MD xx

Well next week's going to be a real treat for you then.
With you on the J Blunt loathing. SHUT UP YOU WHINING LITTLE CREEP!!

SO did i
quote:
loving the morris / albright bitch fights!! though am not sure which one is the biggest bitch.
they are going so going to hook up in the future , at least she's cute , Still neela & albright-bit concerned she going to make her life hell.
Watched this ep again at 1 this morning. Was a whole lot funnier the second time round! And since everyone was sleeping, i heard most of the stuff that was said!
Abby's "i'll slap you silly with this hole punch" was still as funny as ever.
And i didn't really understand Morris and Albright's issue. Can anyone explain?

Stephen Fry: It's a blend of Disco and Techno. I call it Tesco.
i liked the contrast of this episode and last week's. where last week's was all about the patient this week we didn't realy have any major patient storylines. in fact only one patient where they went into a little detail.
luby: aawww, that scene couldn't have been cuter! and how happy are we that the baby is happy and healthy?! luka was very sweet and sensitive in this ep both with alex and sam. though new alex still isn't as good as oldalex. and i am really liking pregnant abby! epsecially her scene with morris!
neela: nice to see her, even if only briefly. sad to hear that gallant has already left!
ray: meh, still don#t really caer about him..
pratt: i would find it kinda weird if my boyfriend went out with another girl... but like he said, it's for charity... i guess
clemente: i did feel kinda sorry for him. and yes their stroyline was vaguely predictable but it was still well acted. was it just me though or was clemente's voice in this episode even more reminiscent than usual of sid the sloth? maybe it's when he gets agitated...
and aw, nice lil bit of carter at the end of the ep. i know many people don't really like him so much but i always like seeing carter in ER (as long as it's without kem) just because for me he personifies the history of ER...
And In The End The Love You Take Is Equal To The Love You Make
- Remember that, the Beatles were all about love, it's all you need. Peace and love everyone!
Clemente - I felt a degree of sympathy for him because we know he didn't shot Jodie but looking at it from the outside in - it don't look good and you can really understand the doubt of the colleagues. His hysterics in surgery didn't help though.
Abby/Luka - The scene where Abby was on the phone to Coburn's office was sooo sweet
Abby/Morris - Loved the guessing game at the desk. Although, I guessed Morris's crush on Albright before Abby They seem to have a good banter and Abby is at her best when she's working off someone.
Luka/Sam - the most awkward hug ever? It's nice that he told her though and her reaction was nothing more than I expected. A case of 'what might have been' for Sam maybe.
Pratt - The whole 'dating a man' gag went on for a tad too long, but when the hot chick showed I was happy for him. Anything that shuts Fat Frank up is OK with me!
Ray - A peripheral figure and to me he will be nothing more than that. The blues in the bar was great though.
Neela - Slowly becoming a peripheral character. My plea to TPTB? DON'T PUT HER IN SURGERY! We want Neela back where she belongs, in the ER. Thankyou.
Dubenko - Legend (Oh, and I'm loving the name Lucien more and more)
Albright - Bitch!
******************************************** Say 'goodbye' Mr. Fish.....he's waving!
******************************************** Hailed as a hero, branded a fool
Not really looking forward to next week though. Darfur.... I didn't think the Africa episodes in past series were all that great. They were ok but now I have this feeling been there done that... not again please.
Hey - please don't post about future eps, I know you didn't post spoilers but still! Anyway, now you've said what its going to be about I'm so not looking forward to it, I didn't like the Africa scenes last season either!
Liked the episode - I'm loving Clemente all sweaty and bloody with his vest on and his muscles out Mmmmmmmmm!
I felt sorry for Sam but I think she handled it well - it must be hard to find out your ex is having a baby with someone else when that was a big point in your relationship. I don't think she was upset because she still loves Luka more that she was upset because he's happy and settled and she's not; is still dealing with the ex-husband (or was he just boyfriend?!) in jail and her son and probably is wondering when its going to be her turn to be happy.
Loved Morris and Albright - his smirky face when Dubenko made her leave the OR was fab! Yeah he's a little weasel but he's from the ER so he's allowed to be.
I didn't like Pratt going on that date and blatantly flirting with the girl but then again, we never see much of him and olivia being a couple so maybe I shouldn't care!
Most of all liked the banter that was going on between everyone at the desk throughout the ep, they were the best scenes especially Abby and Morris!

Sorry but I really don't understand what your problem is. There are no spoilers about upcoming episodes in my post.
