I have been watching on a monday on C4 but we recently got a freeview box and now I have a choice when to watch it but I don't know which is catchup is it sunday night?

The episode that will be shown on E4 on Thursday night will be repeated on E4 on Second Chance Sunday, then it will be shown on Monday on C4.

Does that make sense?
