I think if Bree does become an alcoholic, it will be like her character has come full circle in a bad way. Here when this show started was this women who needed everything to be simply perfect and everything was.

I think that putting him in a mental hospital would be even crueller, but she is hiding her own secret and doesn't want Caleb blabbing to the police.

Although with the amount of time she's spending watching Caleb, I think she should equally watch Matthew as well

He's mentally ill and needs help. He's committed some kind of crime and the victim's family needs to know what happened.

If it were my sister, I would want her to get the help she needed. If she committed the crime without being mentally ill, then she should be punished for what she did. I believe in justice.

Luckily my sister's are not mentally ill and are not criminals.
