Don't know if there is a post like this but i am bored so i thought i would post one! What music/bands/artists is everyone into? I really like GreenDay but i also love U2's albumn, How to Dism.....
Great, just what I was looking for, an excuse to tell you all that I am *finally* listening to 100 million fans can't be wrong by Bon Jovi. For some reason I never noticed it had been released (think i was in another country for a year or something - Australia) so I ordered it on Saturday and it came today!
Woohoo. I have been a Bon Jovi fan for 16 years!
I also like other artists but think I have taken up enough room going on about BJ!
Anyone else like/heard of Del Amitri? I love them!

my friend would love you, she is a HUGE bon jovi fan, she is completely obsessed. she got to touch his hand once and nearly had a heart attack!
i like everything from nirvana to girls aloud. the only music i cant take is garage. i don't understand it. my favourites are REM, nirvana, madonna, blur, no doubt/gwen, and alanis.

I LOVE Bon Jovi!!!!!! And I do truely believe that I going to marry Jon and nothing and no one will stop me!!! I saw them live at Ibrox and it was just soooooo amazing!! Eeek, sorry, I don't get to rant about Bon Jovi very often! Did you see them perform at Live 8 America? They were SOOOOO good!!

My favourite bands are- Lifehouse, Goo Goo Dolls, Shins, Train.
Other music i love- Mazzy Star, Mandalay, Portishead, Thievery Corporation, Sarah McLachlan, Tori Amos, James Blunt, Gavin DeGraw, Rachael Yamagata, Enya....i could probably go on for ages!!
I saw Bon Jovi at Ibrox in 96/97? AND Wembley after that, whenever the hell that was! the last or one of the last shows to be on before the knocked it down I think. I missed them last time at Ibrox cause all my pennies were being saved for my big OE but I will not miss them again!

I also like the chilli peppers and Aerosmith. I listen to most stuff that is on the radio aswell reallly, but have my classic favs.
I hate that hard dance bleepy bleepy stuff and bad dance covers of 80's classics with a vengence!

Mines quite varied really. I suppose it depends on the mood I am in at the time. At the momen in my cd player in the car I've got The Killers balsting mine and, whoever chooses to be a passngers, ear drums. At home, in my bedroom I've got Embrace in the cd player but in the bathroom there is the Kinks greatest hits.
I also Love RHCP, Kaiser Chiefs, Scissor Sisters, Faithless, Snow Patrol...the list goes on. I've got loads of dance albums from yesteryear, and Dave pearce is the one that I like to listen to for the oldie dance tunes.

I generally don't like rap, it's ok if the artist if being featured in someone's song so the rap is short. i hate eminem.
apart from that, i pretty much listen to anything: rachael yamagata, magic numbers, coldplay, linkin park..although im not a rap fan, i really liked collision course, which was jay z and linkin park.

i also like a lot of "older" music. i love elvis, sinatra and armstrong... and i love the beatles. at the moment i am still loving kanye west's new album and i really like the new mcfly album too!
