is Sherry Stringfield (susan lewis) still in the show if not when did she leave because i didnt see her leave and havent notcied her on the show recently? i thought she was great and very funny i miss her has any1 else noticed this?

Yes Sherry Stringfield has left.. they explained her absence a couple of episodes ago by saying she had got tenure at another hospital and left.
Apparently SS just decided to leave after filming the first couple of s12 eps that's why they had to give her a lame exit and no goodbye scenes etc..
