Just catching up on ER and saw the episode where Neela moves out of Ray's apartment....can anyone tell me what the music was that was playing at the end?

The lyrics that I got had 'my pieces broken, thsi darkness..' in it.

Really want to get thsi music so any help would be appreciated!
