Ok so my views...

Great episode!
Loved the whole going back thing- ER always does time lapse stuff really well Great to see some more of Chuny! She hasn't been in it enough recently!

Forrest Whittaker was great; very believable. It was weird, felt like we were seeing a different angle on the ER- Chuny and Kovac seemed quite mean! And I did feel really sorry for Curtis.

LOVED Janice from Friends.. how great was she!!

Aw, Ray asking Neela's 'permission' was cute.

Still no Weaver..and no Morris this time either meh!

Loved Abby singing the song to Joe this week, hee

Ooh...could be interesting with Greg's brother moving in with him... I'm optimistic about that storyline.

Still not liking Crenshaw..he is quite funny but really, a poor man's Romano.

Sam still has bad hair- bring back the curls!!

I like this episode,especialy the "I'm sorry my boobs are about to explode" part.
Because my English is rubbish,I don't understand whats between Kovac and Ames.
I hope Weaver is coming back...

i loved the boobs are about to explode bit and Pratts reaction! what was up with that pateint going up in flames? apart from a set up for that inter (name escapes me at the moment) asking Ray out on a date. then asking neela's permmision after that song abby sings i was singing it all last night and then this morning! im beginning to get wierd looks now!

no morris either so it wasn't that funny as i had hoped. i can't wait for next week to hear Luka's verdict. i hope he wins becasue i personaly feel that Amis was being an ar$e! and Janice! but all i could here was her laugh and OMG!

i thought all in all it was a very good episode.

the bit at the start where pratt was in the barbers was quite funny (got me laughing). i think that the court case was quite weird maby just for me but i cant realy imagine court being any think like that (but then agian iv never had to go) it seemed as though towards the end that the jury was teaming up against Luka. i hate to say it but i think he might lose that battle.
sams hair has been a right mess for the last 4 episodes.

I thought it was a really good episode. Forest Whittaker is a really great actor. Ames was treated pretty poorly-being left in the E.R for three days in the hallway. I can see why he has taken the case to court. I agree, it looks like the jury was pretty anti-Luka. I LOVED the scenes with Abby and Pratt The breast pump scene at the part at the end were my fave parts of the show. Aww, @ Ray asking for Neela's permission to date Katey. I think he was hoping she wouldn't be ok with it

Ames wasn't left in the hallway for three days - he was with a groups of other patients in a room. And the jury should be anti hospital, not anti Luka who was not responsible for the wait - the admitting department was. Assuming that Luka wasn't on duty for all three days there are others who should share the blame. We saw Luka call at least once to chase up a bed for Ames.

Equally, I didn't really recognise the Luka (or Chuny) of Ames's version of events; whatever Luka's shortcomings as a doctor I've never seen him panic, just as I've never seen Chuny be so coldly unconcerned for a patient. This is what Ames saw, but it isn't necessarily what happened.

Ames was in the corridor during the day and put in a room at night time.

I liked the huge difference with the point of view of how Ames was treated by the 2 people. Chuny has never been that mean like Ames suggested.

He should be suing the hospital and not Luka, but I am not sure it works that way in US hospital?

I thought the episode was ok overall. Nothing brilliant so it is a litte dissapointing for ER.

Yes that's exactly what my mum and i were saying - Crenshaw = another Dr Romano! I'm glad they've brought another character like that into the show.. Makes things interesting

Chuny - is a nurse in ER and she's been in ER as a nurse for years years years years and years!

as for the rest of the episode - forest whitaker was great in showing he was scared and felt he was being treated badly. who knew chunny was so evil lol!!!

a nurse friend tried to explain the whole patient on fire thing to me. apparently it had to do with the gas built up in the body being sparked by a faulty heart replacement valve!?!?

she was Ames' lawyer.

OH MY GOD! I missed Maggie Wheeler (Janice) Who the hell did she play? She went over my head completely *shame*

(Looking above I see she played Ames lawyer - it's the straight hair that did me then.)

Forest Whittaker was great. Especially post-stroke when his speech/movement was impaired. You could really feel the fear - but I don't believe for a second that Luka would have been so unaware of how to treat him and Chuny be so cruel.

Loved the Abby "my boobs are about to explode" bit

I don't think the Pratt/Chaz living arrangment will work. Not with Pratt's previous record with his family!

Ray and yet another 'love interest' God forbid he actually has a story-line involving medicine!

One niggle though - when Ames lawyer (which I now know was Janice) was closing that video tape of Ames before and after should not have been running. The tape of the poor man reduced to what he now is while his lawyer slags off Luka and County health care would have surely influenced the jury. A closing argument is to clarify what has already been said purely with words, not aided by a sympathic video; which has more impact.

Can't wait for the verdit though - hope Luka 'wins'

I thought this was quite a good episode, but it was weird to see Maggie Wheeler being normal!!

I loved it when Abby was singing down the phone and Sam said 'she's auditioning for American Idol'!!
