I Can't Agree, Once Dr Greene Left, it was, for me, the end of E.R. I know Carter was a central character too, but after Benton left, Greene Left, Ross & Hathaway Left, the core of the original staff were gone.
To Be honest i didn't care much for Carters Story line with Kem. But i suppose the character had to develop a life outside the E.R.
