At home I stay up until 2 or 3 most nights, and at uni at home, and then sleep in until between 12 and 2, usually. I need a lot of sleep, apparently I'm much more active in my sleep than I thought (not in a bad way before anyone says it) so I usually need about 10 hours. Here I get up around 7-8am weekdays and can't sleep much past 10am weekends and get tired really early. Tried to become a morning person back in England over Christmas and it totally didnt happen for me. Maybe its an England thing.

On a work night I usually go to bed around 10pm. But before I go to sleep I'll flick through the teletext and then go to sleep. I normally drop off as soon as my head hits the pillow. I get up around 6.30am On a weekend I can go to bed any time from 10pm onwards but I am generally awake around 8am. I like to have around 10 hours sleep but sometimes its not always possible. I'm not one of those that sleeps in really late regardless of what time I go to bed. I could go to be at 7pm and sleep till 7 or 8am the following day but if I go to be late say around 2am I will be awake at 8am without fail.

I'm liking my sleep pattern right now. I fall asleep after 10/20 minutes. I'm finding it easier to wake up, even if i sleep later than usual. And I'm up before 8.30 on weekends now.

Yeah, things have really improved for me recently too, since posting up this topic weirdly enough...I've actually been feeling tired before midnight which is *awesome*...I used to never get tired before about 1 or 2- hooray!

Well having suffered with insomnia for many years I often don't go to sleep at all, but generally I turn in at 2-3 and am up at 6 to get my hoard ready for school..

I have enough problems getting myself ready on a morning let alone anybody else. God helo my friend when she has her baby, she can hardly get herself up and ready on a morning!

With a baby, you'll probably never get a chance to get ready!

My sleeping pattern is really very varied. I go to bed around ten on a school night but am usually not asleep until 12ish. I get up at 7.15 every morning. On a weekend, it's more of the same, although I don't usually aim to go to bed until about 12 and usually only get off at 1/2. I can wake up anytime between 9 and 12 after that!

Being at home is so bad- I have got up at 11.30 both mornings I've been here I think it's because it's so WARM in this house- my uni house is so freezing cold that I can't sleep cos of cold nose and ears...meh.
