Does anyone know whether "Men In White" will be repeated on any of Channel 4's sister channels? (I know Scrapheap Challenge appears occasionally.)
The presenting team worked well together, and the their enthusiasm for the science, engineering, and occasional pain-causing, made it very watchable.
My only concern was that the format is very dependent upon the challenges, and there's always the worry that they'd run out of interesting things to do. ("Engineering... running out of challenges? HERESY!")
Hopefully it managed to build up enough momentum in its short run to have a second series, it deserves one.
however I'm afraid it's an an industry-wide issue caused because the accepted Digital Rights Management (DRM) system used to protect online video content, which is required by our content owners, is not compatible with Apple Mac hardware and software. The closed DRM system used by Apple is not currently available for licence by third parties and there is no other Mac-compatible DRM solution which meets the protection requirements of content owners.
Unfortunately, we are therefore unable to offer 4oD content to Mac users at this stage.
