I know this isn't a Channel 4 progamme... and I'm a traitor for watching another channel ... but I loved the combination of science and engineering with cooking.

Using a vacuum clothes packing bag instead of a vacuum desicator was genius. I'm not sure how many people will follow through with the idea, but it was cool.

Sadly, it appears this is programme 2 of 7, so I've already missed the first one.

Ive always admired his take on cookery.
