Your assumption is correct, mistrust of Monbiot should indeed be based on disagreement with his politics. Otherwise we get into backbiting and slurring, something which far too many people on this forum seem to be willing to lower themselves to when it comes to Martin Dirkin.

It is a shame debate is reduced to such school-boy tactics. It makes me want to hear far more from Martin Dirkin.

Channel 4 have had to deal with Martin Durkin before, I wonder when they will actually say 'No deal'? Mena-while this story is going to run and run.
