It's science has been 'dumbed down', but not substantially abused, not to the extent that it is 100% wrong. Needless to say that's more than one could claim for the mocumentary The Great GW Swindle.

Al Gore is a politician not a climatologist, so no one is taking this piece entertainment seriously surely, with his fingers in the eco-industry pie - he will be making a lot of money selling the man-made GW lie – he is also a hypocrite since he lives in a very big CO2 spewing house.
Actually, this film is getting serious criticism from many climatologists it’s not the science in the film that is being ‘dumbed down’ it the criticism.
Whereas on the other hand the GGWS team are climatologists up against political correctness and are taking the flack for it - even maybe risking their lives too.
This silencing of scientists is not new to science it has happened in the past and where those scientists have been vindicated – I am sure the same will happen here.
