A place to write what you think was the best bit about school.
For me it was when it rained. When outside the clouds darkened the day. Thunder and lightning building a weird sort of youthfull energy. Lessons were slow but no-one intended to learn or teach anything from a text book. It instilled in me a warmth that i have never felt since. wetbreaks where we all went inside and had incredible fun. i remeber these moments with such fondness and dream abouit them. they were simply magic
The best thing for me was the company. We had a wonderful class of boys (all boys.). There wasn't anybody there I didn't like; there were no bullies, all friendly characters. We were a sort of community. That was 60 years ago!
Meeting up with mates everyday sneaking off for a fag behind the physics lab in the breaks. Sneaking off for a fag in the Churchyard in the lunch hour.
Doing loads of sport and hanging out with all my best mates. And good thing is that my school is so big that i never really have to socialize with the people that I don't like.

im still at school.(last year thank god) but the best thing is actually how funny it can be in some classes. like im so crap at maths but i love the class because its always so funny

I'm at schol still, ad my fave part is spending time with my friends there, mainly in summer when it's real sunny, we all go sit on the grass, and last year we were playing icecream and everything! it was ace!
