What an excellent job Jo does changing little horrors into manageable children. There should be trained instructors made available to all parents over the UK free.
A lot of the time it is obvious the parents are at fault - shouting at the kids all the time, not being together on what they want the kids to do. You cannot blame the kids - it is like blaming a dog for being 'untrained'.
That is so true WZ. And with this weekly peek at what is going on in British homes, is it any wonder that we have the problems we do? Super Nanny can't be everywhere!

That is a very good point white zombie. Think bringing children up is mainly a matter of common sense and giving them standards and guidelines to follow.

I wish the supernanny was around when I was a kid.
I was ADHD and my mother hated me. I'm not in touch with her now. I never got one word of encouragement off her. She only ever told me off and screamed at me, and the supernanny has me in tears now.
The parents just think their kids act up for 'no reason'. There is ALWAYS a reason!
