I lost my dad back in 1978 so my mum has been on her own for a very long time and she doesn't mind it at all! She has also got a big three bedroom flat and has lived there for almost 50 years. I don't think I would ever be able to talk her into moving.
I is horrible and wet here as well today. I won't be going anywhere today - thankfully

Hi Gaslamps. Hope you're enjoying your weekend too! The weather was a bit "iffy" here yesterday but today it's beautiful and although rain was forecast for the afternoon, it's still very sunny at the moment, fingers crossed! Hope you didn't suffer too much from losing an hour's sleep yesterday. I was up at my usual time but usually tend to decline in the evening. Take care and speak to you soon.
