Stumbled on this forum. I used to be a Richard and Judy fan. Thought they were very fair, plain speaking types etc. Then one day they had a 'film expert' on. IE Their 17 yr old son who was studying A level Film Studies. Talk about nepotism. They haven't been on my TV since then. Shame on them.
Their son who was studying "Film" at the time and was under the tutelage of that renowned man of letters, Nicholas Ferrari, was a sensible choice. He would relate to the younger viewers and be able to draw upon his parents many, varied years of TV presenting. I fail to understand your gripe. A family connection is, or should not, necessarily, be a bar.
