I dunno about you guys, but I think lesser known European countries have been rather badly neglected recently. Whoever knew Macedonia still existed, except for the night when we watch them on Eurovision and go 'oh look, Macedonia, there's a new one'? Who even knew they had THEIR OWN LANGUAGE?

I think it's time people were made aware of this, and R&J might well be the pair to get proactive, and show the viewers the misunderstood beauty of the Eastern Bloc!

Richard and Judy to be given the brief to make people aware of former Eastern Bloc (or parts thereof) countries?
I'm probably a bit thick-headed or missing something here, but why Richard and Judy?
And why do people need to be made aware?
What is going on?
Is this a coded message?
Why not Noel Edmonds?
Or Melinda Messenger?

Michael Palin did a good series on Eastern Europe, as you say, some lovely parts.
We tended to think of these countries as just grey and monotonous during the Soviet period.
Ridiculous to lump them all together.
