I think your dead right in your observations regarding SAW Meskilla, ie men from boys.

I think you get three diffrent levels of horror fans. Light weights: MTV stuff and movies like SAW etc...which can be enjoyable at times and my teenage son loves'm. Middle weights (Like me)who expect a little bit more. And Heavy weights: can watch Cannibal Holocaust without barfing.

I love both films! In my book, Saw 2 isn't as good as Saw because Saw is just set in one room mainly, but saw 2 is showns what the police are doing one moment, and what the captured people are doing the next moment.

I prefer films just set in one room.

I think Saw is so much better than Saw 2 as it's much more complicated and you never really know what's going on. Saw 2 is easier to follow, which makes it more boring, as you already know what's happened in the previous film so you know what to expect. They're both good though
