I consider myself a good spokesman as I travel about the country and am on trains maybe 8 times a month.
The main problem I have had is the toilets and cleanliness.
The engineering works are not a problem if one just accepts it as it only affects sundays. The replacement buses provide a prompt service as they can.
If you think about it it is better than road cones and articulated lorries.
I have only EVER been delayed by 'things' on the line and vandalism and thats not National Rail!
Its probably caused by the same disrespectful twits that make a mess of the toilets and seats!
I manage the underground well and have never had any problems working out the best route or been delayed.
National Rail is only ever in the news when things go wrong but isnt it the same with everything!

After thorough market research ATM do the best cup of tea and Millies muffins do the best muffins!
