Just thought we would like to say our son, who is 18 years and 8 months old, has done what most of us only dream about. He has bravely taken a flight to Palma today, intending to stay in Palma Nova, about 100 metres from Maguluf. His friends family are flying out some hours later, so our son has got to find his own way for the evening, catch a bus from a airport he's never been to, and try and find a B&B just 4 tonight. Even though he has gone abroad before on holiday, its always been with family, but this time he's all on his own. Very brave lad, and I know all will be well, and he will enjoy the holiday and the excitement, even though he is probably really nervous

I don't think I could have done that at his age, especially nowadays, hope all goes ok for him, and he manages to have a great time!

Have you heard from your son tws? Hows he doing? No doubt having a ball and getting a tan etc. etc.!!

He's probably having a great time

He's got a great hotel room with a sea view, and is probably well relaxed in Maguluf and enjoying the beaches, nightlife and the sun

Thats comforting to hear then. Maybe we can then be brave in the future, even though it would be with my partner tooooo, can't go without him, never, he is my life!!
