You mentioned in a recent posting that you were in Andalucia, I'm going in May to Cadiz area and wondered what you thought of the region, any hints or tips etc

Sorry, tremone, never made it down to Cadiz, although had meant to. There's just so many things to do you see!! What I can tell you is that when I was staying in Seville, there was a group of locals I knew who went to Cadiz for a day trip one hot and sunny Saturday. If it's the locals' choice for a day out, it has to be good!

Everywhere I have been in the region has been fantastic - but I have kept away from the Costa del Fish & Chips areas.

Hints & tips? Try and learn some spanish before you go. They appreciate even the smallest effort. Highly recommend Seville and Ronda. Granada and Cordoba too, but might be a bit far and they deserve a really good visit to be appreciated.
