Thinking of heading off to Barbados or T& T in July. Heard its rainy then but someone also said thats only for short spells and most of the day is sunny and hot. Anyone definitively know what it's like in this month?

Usually always hot in Barbados all year round! They have the carnival in August...forgotten what's it's called now...it's THE event of the year...

Go for it. I have been at this time of year and it is still hot hot hot with a touch of warm morning rain showers. Do not be put off!

I went to Baarbados in August ( long time ago now) It was HOT, and it did rain, but not for long, it was very humid, only really had to keep covered to keep dry for a while.
