I'm just about to proceed with a booking with http://www.aardvarksafaris.co.uk for a safari hokiday to Kenya for next February half term. My children and neither my husband or I have ever been on a safari holiday so there are more apprehensions than with a traditional package holiday for us. My children are 3 1/2 and 6. I would just like some first hand insight into the pros and cons of taking 2 young children on safari before I proceed.
Safaris are actually great for kids as you'll spend more quality time with them than if you were at a resort and sent them off to a kids club. I'd recommend it!
