Oh I did... I slept all day... now my sleep pattern is well and truly screwed!

my sleep patterns been screwed for ages - i got up at 8pm the other day.

8pm seriously?

yeah. i didnt go to bed untill 10am...

It's back to normal now... bed at midnight, up about 7...

getting up at 7am is normal

Cept i did sleep for 10 hours yesterday but thats cos i was ill

i dont think i ever get enough sleep haha

that was when the ashes were on. i was staying up all night watching england lose .

Hello! I always sleep for ages at weekends...i reckon thats why im always so tired at weekdays

i normally sleep all day and just stay up all night - i think im nocturnal
